indoor track, batting cages, a children’s playground, fitness area and meeting room space.

In addition to the sports facilities, Parker encourages the outdoor experience. Parker has over two hundred acres dedicated to park land, and has seven hundred acres of undeveloped open space. Challenger Regional Park is one of the biggest parks in the Parker area. The park contains three lighted fields, three roller hockey rinks, and a skate park. This park offers a variety of activities as well as a trail system for recreational walking. Within the park there are several picnic areas where families can enjoy lunch while enjoying the outdoor atmosphere. Horse lovers have their own park, Salisbury Equestrian Park located within Parker. This park contains one hundred thirty acres of equestrian land that was developed strictly for this purpose. Also located within this park are youth baseball fields that are sponsored by the Colorado Rockies.
