How in the world can people think that the peace flotilla was a trojan horse?
The trojan horse had fighters inside. The flotilla has peaceful people and their hired security.
Companies hire security all the time. Celebrities need security to protect them from the crazies. In this case, the peacekeepers hired hezbolla and hamas as security.
People think that these groups may have ties to terrorism but the groups themselves are not terrorists. They provide everything from food to sewer repair services to the poor.
Just because these groups were on the ships doesn’t mean they were planning anything. They were attacked by the Jews and they secured the ship.
One would have to wonder why Reuters felt it necessary to “doctor” photographs of the violence in order to show a bias in favor of the “peace activists.” Hezbollah is a political and military group and is hardly likely to hire itself out as peaceful security. Hamas is far more than a social services organization and is a resistance movement with a para military force.
