horse weight charts

My baby is sick, and I am waiting for lab results to come from the mayo clinic,can anyone reassure/comfort me?

My 12 month year old little man has a “failure to thrive” meaning that as a 90th percentile baby up until 6 months of age for height and weight, has dropped off the charts at one year, negative 15% weight, negative 5% height. Plus he gets super sick all the time, pneumonia twice, gastroenteritis 3 times, 7 ear infections, pink eye 15! times… his fevers spike to 104 often. He eats like a horse and I am still breastfeeding him. We are not poor, and he is well cared for, this is NOT a matter of neglect. Right now I am awaiting the results of his lab tests from the mayo clinic, and I am worried sick. HIs head is growing..always been right at the 50th percentile. He is smart, says 15 or so words, recognizes more than that, and is starting to take a few steps. I just want some reassurring words or advice on how to deal with the waiting game on figuring out what is wrong. Or even just some prayers for my son. His name is Nolan.

I am so sorry to hear about your son. I will definatly say a prayer for you and your son I know its hard to wait but you have to and take all the time you can right now with him and thank God for it only He knows what is in store for our future. Remember God can work miracles and he has before so just trust Him and thats all you can do. Take care
